On 31st of May, just one week after the 2008 Eurovision Song Contest the winner, whoever that may be, will be headlining a one-off show at trendy night club Scala, Kings Cross. For anyone who didn’t get to go to Belgrade this will be a unique chance to see the winning act live.

Also confirmed to play are some greats from the UK’s Eurovision past. Following their excellent reception at the UK Eurovision Preview Party last month Bucks Fizz the UK winners from 1981 are returning to play a longer set. Cheeky pop-princess Sonia (Evans) the 1993 runner-up and G.A.Y. regular promises she’ll do “Better the Devil You Know”, which for some reason doesn’t get performed often enough. And just confirmed Nicki French the UK’s 2000 entry!

There will also be an exclusive preview of Eurobeat the musical which is currently touring the UK and will be in the West End from next year.

Media opportunity
